Response of Pear Trees’ (Pyrus bretschneideri ‘Sinkiangensis’) Fine Roots to a Soil Water Regime of Regulated Deficit Irrigation

چکیده
A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of regulated deficit irrigation (RDI) on fine root redistribution mature pear trees in 2009 and 2010. The consisted four RDI treatments: MRDI-1 SRDI-1, which received replacing 60% 40% pan evaporation (Ep) during Stage 1 (cell division stage), MRDI-1+2 SRDI-1+2, Ep 1+2 slow shoot growth stage). All RDI-treated 80% (full irrigation) other stages, control were fully irrigated whole season. results showed that length density (RLD) reduced by water stress. resumption full boosted growth. RLD SRDI-1-treated zones recovered early July, they maintained nutrient absorption fruit enlargement stage, final yield significantly improved. with July September, respectively, but there no significant differences between MRDI-1, MRDI-1+2, control. This indicates not negatively or positively impacted moderate stress applied either 1+2.

Sequence Characterization and Spatiotemporal Expression Patterns of PbS26-RNase Gene in Chinese White Pear (Pyrus bretschneideri)
Many flowering plants exhibit an important intraspecific reproductive barrier phenomenon, that is, self-incompatibility (SI), in which S-RNase genes play a significant role. To clarify the specific function of S-RNase genes in Chinese pears, the full length cDNA of PbS 26 -RNase was isolated by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) technology from Chinese white pear (Pyrus bretschneideri) cul...

In Ardabil region potato crop needs several irrigation, however ground water supplies arebeing exhausted due to reduced precipitation and intensive irrigation. In this research droughttolerance of 10 commercial potato cultivars was studied at three irrigation treatments (100%,80% and 60% of required irrigation water) in Ardabil in a two years field study, 2013-2014.At harvest, marketable tuber ...
متن کاملThe Effects of Regulated Deficit Irrigation in Growth Response to Büchloe dactyloides (Bowie and Cody) Compared with Festuca arundinacea
Now days, turf management has encountered with water deficit, mostly due to low precipitation also industrial, agricultural and household demand and consumption. So, the objective of this project was to identify drought tolerance of warm and cool season turfgrass cultivars to different levels of regulated-deficit irrigation. The field experiment was set out in a split-plot based on completely r...
متن کاملResponse of different species of Brassica to water deficit
Development of drought-tolerant cultivars is hampered by a lack of effective selectioncriteria. In this research, response of 36 genotypes of rapeseed from seven species of Brassicaincluding B. napus, B. rapa, B. juncea, B. carinata, B. oleracea, B. nigra and B. fruticulosa wasassessed under three moisture levels (no stress, mild stress and intense stress) in the field during2011-2012. Five dro...
